" ... ABB has some good products, and some worthless ones. Luckily, I find speed shot one of their best products actually. Very tasty and the energy burst is immediate and lasts for a few hours, depending on how you use the energy. I take on first thing in the mornign on an empty stomach for cardio, then another around four in the afternoon right before my evening workout. "

" ... Great energy boost, I use speed shot before every workout or on cardio days about 10-15 minute prior. Last a few hours, sometimes even throughout the day when I take it on an empty stomach. Very good, and also helps with the weight loss as I can push harder in the gym and classes. "
