" ... It was great. I don't have a shaker here to test how well it mixes, but in the blender it was fine. I tried it in just a water bottle with milk a few times and as long as you sort of sift in a bit, then shake, then a bit more it's fine. If you just throw it in, it'll clump and be gross. But it's a great drink with solid results. "
