I go out on saturdays and was wondering if it would affect me negatively at all if I drank the same day as using this? also, does it need to be taken before meals? I could take one in the morning around breakfast and one after I get home from work, which is usually a good 45 min before supper. these questions may seem silly but I wanna know lol thanks in advance!
