" ... only on day 3 of poison at the moment, but definately am not eating as much and also an increase in endurance and energy nothing over the top though. have no trouble gettin to sleep at night, no nausea or sickness of any kind but i did already have a high caffiene intake before using, maybe that helps? This supplement is amazing, this is the second month of using it now( 2week break included) within the first month my body fat went from 15% to 6.7% I had no side effects,the product worked a dream. I was running 6mile a night however. I added a few pounds over Christmas so started it again. Hope this helps all the non believers, or people who are sceptical to start using it. "
