" ... Two weeks in and major things I notice are strength is up on bench and barbel curls, big time. Then another good thing is that I actually look and feel bigger.. actually weight gain is about 4 pounds only but all my clothes fit much tighter. After these only two weeks, there will be much more to co me in the next 12! I will keep updated this reviews for others. "
