" ... I would like to just quickly say that I use gl3 everyday, four times a day. It is better than regular glutamine and I have noticed the difference since I have switched over. GL3 should be taken (actually all glutamines) first thing in the morning, before and after workout out and right before bed. Recover and faster muscle growth is my biggest benefit so far. "
