" ... I've been a loyal ast user since they came out, they have never dissappointed me. I will be happy to post reviews on all ASF products so search around this site to find more. As for the Muscle XGF item, well it works. I don't care to add fat when I add muscle which is what 99% of the muscle gainers do (alont with water gain as well). Muscle XGF offer lean muscle gains without the fat. Yes the results may seem less, say 2-3 pounds of muscle compared to 10 pounds of WEIGHT GAIN that others do.. but remember it's fat and water.. why add that to you body? Final ruling.. if you want a solid product to help you add lean muscle to your frame, then add muscle xgf to you training regimen. Aaron "
