I take 3 a day usually because I am so busy with work and life, and who isn't, that I don't have time to eat 5 solid meals a day which is recommended to lose weight. Well I get my 2 solid meals, 3 meal replacement shakes and vitamins and minerals in between and it's been working great for me. The flavor selection from ny-tro is awesome too.
