I dont really eat in the day just a great big feed round tea time but my husband ruined IT by bringing home fish n chips I wasnt at all hungry but i ate a little. I played handball for bout half an hour with my daughter as well. I bought it because it was a Fat Burner but im not too sure if my fat was burning. When i went to bed my butt cheeks legs arms hips were twitching like when you get aFTER you do exercise. I think it was turning my fat into muscle. Well i only took one just to see if i got any reactions but I didnt not the full dose of 3 before breakfast and 3 at lunchtime. "

well took 2 around lunchtime half hour before i woke up and I didnt notice a thing done my usual exercise and by tea-time i was starving and pigged out didnt do anything for me only kept me up till 5 in the morn and i had a slight headaches i dont think this is working for me but will keep yous updated "

It curbs your appetite but it definitely does not stop you from eating which I love even more since I have been lifting heavy.

So far no side effects other than maybe a temporary burning sensation in your throat and stomach (since its taken on an empty stomach) and maybe a little bit of the shakes when tyou first start taking them. That's pretty much it. "
