I double the dosage for the best results for me, but I'd suggest starting off with the suggested directions at first - then experiment to max it out. "

" ... The only other no supplement I've used is the nanox9 by muscletech, which I was really dissapointed in. Hemodraulix is 10x better, at least. I am getting into my 2nd week of use and I can't wait for my workouts to get around each day.. really awesome pumps, it's really cool. I've also moved up training from 3 days a week to 5 now. "
