" ... Listen folks, from first hand experience I tell you.. USE A BELT! I learned the hard way and did some squats, not even heavy.. just a bad angle and I tweaked my lower back for months. All I needed was a belt. I know keep my belt on for my entire workout.. it's always better to stay prepared then to find out the hard way like I did. This site has a great selection.. all kinds of materials and sizes.. for both men and women. Take my advice, prevention is key in our sport. "
