Our favorite Jersey girl, Bethany is always a top contender with both the Olympia and Arnold Classic
Fitness category. She's one of those athletes whom truly improves each and every show she enters!
She's always looking for new ways to prepare for each show and she's glad to find something new about
herself and body each time around. She's very much dedicated and always does all she can to come in right.
Tip 1 - Be sure to space out 4-6 meals per day with protein sources in each one
Tip 2 - Keep all junk foods out of the house, helps to beat cravings and cheating
Tip 3 - Include green veggies with your meal to help digestion and increase fiber
Tip 4 - Rotate your protein sources such as lean turkey, white fish, chicken breasts, etc
Tip 5 - Drink plenty of water throughout the day
Bethany Wagner WORKOUT ROUTINE
Bethany is always pushing new ways to train. As most pros tend to stick with the indoor cardio machines,
free weights and exercise machines. Bethany tries more outdoor style activities, always switching it up.
In addition to creating her own incredible Fitness routines, she always striving to perfect her own
physique as it's a large part of the scoring. A v-taper, wide shoulders, wide lats and tiny hips are key! Here's a back day:
Superset 1 - Seated close-grip cable rows with wide grip pull ups
Superset 2 - Barbell T-Bar row with one-arm row machine
Superset 3 - Reverse grip lat pull-downs with hyperextensions
Last Exercise - Close-grip lat pull downs
