" ... Pretty awesome protein bar. I have tried many different kinds and find that power crunch bar is probably in my top 3. Along with detour bars and mesotech bars. I do notice as the product claims, that it does provide an energy push. And hey, the wafer crunch cookie is also pretty amazing.. how can you say no to that. Taste really really good. "

" ... My favorite protein bars by far, and they are packed with protein which is a bonus. Nothing can beat the taste thought, I just finished up my 5th box of Wild Berry Creme wafer bars, and just ordered 5 of the triple chocolate. If there is one protein bar, or any supplement that I suggest to my friends, it's the power crunch bars. "

" ... I agree, they are great tasting, but what about the 12-13% fat content? I imagine that's needed w/ consistant weight training/ cardio & smart diet schedule. 1 or 2 a day is good for me. "
