" ... Hot-rox is probably the most effective fat burner I have ever used, very very very close to the eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin). In my case, about 10 minutes I have hot-rox on an empty stomach, I feel it right away.. I get very wired and sometimes the shakes. Shakes? " ... As far as I know it is a fat burner / energy enhancer. To gain muscle mass you'll need to add a muscle building supplement. Ones that I have success with and fairly stable results with are H-Drol, S-Drol and the new Anabolic Halo which I've been on for 2 months. "
