" ... Hey everyone, I just got fastin 2 days ago, and I was wondering how it is? Does it work well? I went to GNC and thye told me this will work. I am desperately trying to lose weight. I weigh 236 right now, my heaviest ever and want to lose about 70-80 pounds. I have been walking everyday for a week now, and doing an exercise dvd in the evening. I am limited to what I can do, due to lack of childcare.....my hubby is deployed right now. He will be home in 3 months, and I want to see results by then at least! I have cut my calories down to 1200 on most days and even less on some others. I started out 1 week ago today weighing 240 pounds and have only lost 4 pounds.......Any advice would be much appreciated.

" ... I just got my fastin today at GNC, I figured Id rather buy it at a store then on line.. safer?? Idk. My mom takes a brand called ADIPEX and I took it for one week and lost 8 pounds with no diet or exercise, so if your wanting to lose weight and alot of it fast Id research that and maybe get some. I promise it works wonders. I also saw fastin works like it but I have read that its a frad.. guess I will be finding out.. why does food have to be so good.. and so fatting ugh.. lol best of luck "
