" ... The best single peice of equipment that I have every purchased, and let me tell you I have gone through a dozen items. This is the easiest to carry, to store and to USE! I suggest getting the package with the dvd, it's really great for getting the hang of the bands which is easy. Best part is that you can train your entire body, and quickly. A+ for me. "

" ... I find that the Bodylastics equipment is top notch. The equipment is really versatile. The product will give you a more aesthetic look rather than big and bulky. You can get big using them but I would go to a gym to get bigger and get cut with Bodylastic bands. The only criticism I have is that the caribeaners(not sure how to spell that) are somewhat weak. For 100 dollars the product is definately worth a try. It payed for itself within 2 months for me. "
