" ... jon, it's IMPOSSIBLE to have irregular heart beats from this supplements. If you experienced any thing to what you state then it was something you had WELL before you started the supplement, it is genetic or some other drugs that you ae abusing. Go see a doctor asap, good luck my friend.
As far as the effectiveness of atro-phex, well I have been using it for 7 weeks and have made some signficant changes to my physique. I have experience zero negative side-effects and am happy with the results. "

" ... today is my first day taking atro phex. In fact i only took it 30 minutes ago. I am pretty nervous as I have read about some of the side affects it has but I am also excited. I will let you know how I get on. I am 5ft 4 and weigh 126. I work out 4-5 times a week and am not getting the results I want. Does anyone know how much water I should drink and how much protein i should have.

" ... just got this product yesterday. ive noticed decrease in appetite and i dont have any huge urges to binge eat or eat bad foods. i feel focused, energized, but my body does feel a little too warm.
drink LOTS of water. the best thing about this product is the appetite control. not having late night cravings will MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT. good stuff.
if your looking for a huge weight drop at the beggining of a diet plan, try hydroxycut hardcore. if your looking for a weight loss product for the middle of your plan, try lipo-6. if your already around 10-12% body fat, id say try out atro-phex to get rid your last unwanted weight and get shredded/major cuts. "

" ... Today is my first day on Atro-Phex, took two pills and after close to 1hr I noticed my ears and face getting warm almost flush. First reaction was great I’m having an allergic reaction, however after reading different blogs and reviews on the product it seems this is a fairly common happening. I wanted to use this product before working out in replacement of NO-Explode, however I’ve read a few articles (including the box) stating a good stack would be Atro-Phex, NO-Explode, Syntha 6 and Cell Mass. Concern for me is the Atro-Phex and NO-Explode, has anyone done this? I am concerned that I will come out of my skin, I am a coffee drinker so I have a good tolerance to Caffeine. Any stack suggestions? Goal – Tone up, remove that flubber covering that once was 6pk. Workout routine is a 6 day program (P90X – which is unbelievably amazing but that is for a different review). Further review will come after 4 week cycle is completed. "
