This is a very good protein to have with meals, especially breakfast because of the ingredient ratio. It will digest just the right way during your day and your workout. And it averages around only $20 which is such a great price. I am going to try either Vanilla or Cinnamon next. "

" ... BSN Lean Dessert is the most AMAZING protein shake. I personally like to mix mine with lowfat milk and freeze it. It tastes somewhat like ice cream that way with the texture of sorbet. It's also pretty good blended with milk and crushed ice. The chocolate fudge pudding one is most amazing when mixed with 1/2-3/4 the recommended amount of liquid; it really has a pudding-like texture that way. I have tried all the flavors and really enjoy them, PLUS it blends much better than most protein shakes and the taste is no contest. "
