Anyways, in regards to true mass, I have been cycling with it for about 2 months and the results and TASTE are fantastic. This is one protein that I will be sticking with for a while, unless something better comes along.

" ... all it is, is protein (6 types) and lots of branch chain amino acis. it wokred for me man i gained three pounds but all my lifts went up 15 lbs in one tub, the recovery is excellent. They got sued a year ago for lieing about cem3 being a creatine in no xplode, and now being sponsered by the ufc for redemption im 99% positive this stuff is just protein unles they want another lawsuit. Its good stuff man , try it. "
