" ... all it is, is protein (6 types) and lots of branch chain amino acis. it wokred for me man i gained three pounds but all my lifts went up 15 lbs in one tub, the recovery is excellent. They got sued a year ago for lieing about cem3 being a creatine in no xplode, and now being sponsered by the ufc for redemption im 99% positive this stuff is just protein unles they want another lawsuit. I've been using true mass for years and always continue with excellent results.. one of the most effective mass gainers out there from my personal experience, and easily the best tasting.
Alexc, hit the gym 4-5 times a week, train hard and heavy and eat right, that means stay away from pop, pizza, burgers, tacos. Instead try steak, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, etc. "
