" ... no results what so ever. I was hoping carbsolve would help me with my carbs when I was trying to lose weight. I am sorry but it didn't block 1 gram of carbs I ingested. After 4 days I had actually gained about 6 pounds and threw the bottle out of my window. Waste of money. "
