" ... Good results so far. In about 3 weeks with cinerate pills, I can train harder and longer. I beleive that that is what adds to the weight loss, I am just burning up more calories during workouts. Easy to swallow. Also good for girls, my girlfriend is on day 10 and having better weight loss results than me. But she does more cardio, so that is to be expected. "

" ... Absolutley atrocious! Within 4 days of use have had mood swings, vomiting, extreme migranes, dihorea, hot flushes, and high dizzinesd and nausia! Have never experienced such an array of side effects so quicklyfrom any type of product. Do not recomend, stick to cardio and pure resistance and protien shakes. Scary product indeed. "
