Cell-Tech by far is the best creatine product on the market oday, ive tried Cell Mass by BSN , Anabolic Switch by MRI, Krealkalyn EFX, Size On by Gaspari , Regualar Monohydrate and except for the tried and tru monohydrate which works well especially if u have a budget Cell-Tech Hardcore blows the others out of the water...i havnt experieneced any side effects....ive been taking it for about 3 months and im not sure if i should cycle off but as far as creatine products for strength, pump, and muscle volume theres nothing better than cell tech hardcore so dont waste your money on any othert bs product thats out there like dark matter by mhp that stinks too. The only thing I didn't like was the loading stage, my body is pretty sensitive to creatine so I had some nasty runs for the loading stage lol but I'm thinking of starting to stack Celltech with NO2 Black and see how that works for me. " ... Just started with cell tech, I didn't want to use the hardcore version as I wanted to start off slow. This is my first muscletech product and I think it's working pretty well so far. I have been using celltech now for about 2 weeks, about 8 workouts in total. I can say I am fuller (probably the water retention) but also more vascular. I have found also my strength is quite improved which I like the best. I will finish the three bottles I have then move onto the hardcore version and post my results there.
So far I am pretty happy with muscletech, not sure why there are so many bad things said about the company. "

" ... dude, this product works and it works fast. i take 1 scoop right at the beginning of my workout, and 1 scoop when i finish. reason for this is to saturate/feed my muscles while i'm pounding the iron and then i hit one scoop for my post recovery. my strength, endurance and recovery is through the roof in no time, seriously freakish. i don't load because i don't believe in loading. it is a waste of product and for me does not improve my results. drink water and stay on your cardio and you will look like a FREAK in about 2-3 weeks. and for the record it tastes damn good! "
