" ... I've been taking this product for 3 weeks. The first week I felt nothing. However, after 3 weeks, I feel I have more energy that builds up during the middle to end of my workouts. I can do more reps than I normally would do, and with heavier weights, within reason of what's possible in 3 weeks however. I haven't really gained any weight, but maybe that's just my body and any creatine type product I've tried. My pumps ARE better, because as I said, I can do more reps with slightly more weight. If you are having motivation problems with your workouts, this can help. Besides, it's less than $1 a day. The extra reps alone are worth it to me. "
