" ... Really something everyone should use.. take it daily.. and on workout days afterwards. It's made a world of difference in my gains and recovery times from one workout to the next. I can training comfortably 5-6 days a week as before I was lucky to get in 3-4 workouts without buring out. Too many people are so obsessed with the pre, post, intra stuff out there they forget to look past all the hype and forget about the basics.. aminos. "
