" ... I have gone through 4 pacakges of whey shots and I am hooked. Very tasty, I use Wild Watermelon, and really hit's my daily needs of protein. Since starting with them, and finally being able to reach my 250grams of protein requirement easily each day, I am noticing better recovery from one workout to the next and my scale actually puts me at 4lbs heavier without any added water of fat from what I can tell.

Really good product, convenient to carry around (work in my case) and delicous! "
