" ... I was given about 2 weeks of free samples at last years olympia expo. I tried them, why not they were free. I got probably 3 months of supplements from the expo.. it's rocks. Anyways, with 2 weeks supply, I didn't lose any weight or get extra energy, nothing. Maybe 2 weeks was not enough or perhaps the samples are not as strong as the real thing. But that's all I can post from my quick experience. "
