Anyways, I spend much of the time training for sports.. and creatine has always been a factor. Well CEE the better new creatine is a huge aspect of my training, recovery and growth. CEE works much better than regular creatine and I would recommend it to anyone that participates in sports, fitness or just wants more. This CNS brand is good, and also the muscletech one is good too. "
