Day 50 - Update!

Well it's been some time and just got a reminder for an update.. sorry folks!
Anyways.. I have been sticking to 3 pills each night and have continued to make good gains. My weight is up to about 231-232lbs and I am actually much leaner, vascular and fuller than when I started. Even though the added gains don't seem much, I know they are actually more than they seem as I have lost bodyfat at the same time.
Strength gains are also improving from week to week.. and I can easily get in 5 workouts a week with one cardio day in as well.

Day 22 - Still going great..

Well I upped the dosage to 4 pills a day but after about 3 days of that I noticed that I was starting to break out on my shoulders a tiny bit.. and not really getting any much better in terms of results from 3 pills. So I went back to 3 pills and the side-effects are gone.
Strength is still improving noticeably and size wise I do look thicker/bigger.. most people around me are noticing for sure. I am at 226 on the scale..

Day 14 - I am loving it!

Alright.. been a few days but I am here to report that things are going much better than I had hoped. The scale puts me up at 223 and I actually look harder/bigger!
Most of my friends are telling me I am jacked.. but that's a good sign I guess that I am getting bigger. My strength and recovery has increased quite a bit in the gym and I have also increased my protein by 80 grams (2 protein rtd's) each day.. so I can get in about 7-8 meals a day.
Overall.. very happy and aiming to hit high 220's if possible.. might be going up to 4 pills per day shortly.

Day 5 - I am feeling it..

Well it's been a few days and I am overall happy with the results to date. I've been dosing with the 3 pills each night, right before I go to bed. At this point, I just have this general feeling of being fuller and thicker.
My strength is up slightly, but that might also be in my head since it's so soon. My pumps however are much fuller and longer now. When I look in the mirror, my muscles for sure have a more "full" look to them.
I have been training good and eating well too..
So far mentally I am pretty stoked - but it's too soon to make any concrete statements.

Day 1 - First Day

Tonight I will begin with Novedex XT. I have never used any testosterone boosters of any kind in the past, but from the research I did this seems to be one of the best, we shall see!
Diet is high protein, moderate carbs and low fats. Training is 4-5 days a week with more push towards heavy basic training with minimal cardio. But I also rest about 60-90 seconds between sets so I get some cardio from the pace of the workout itself - which is good.
Starting weight is about 215 with about 12% bodyfat..
Will dose at 3 pills a day.. at night time with last meal.
Really looking forward to some good results.
