hey guys sorry i've been kinda slacking on the updates. Life's a crazy thing haha. We'll Ive continued with doing the P90x workout and kinda cut back on how much i was eating because all my clothes were fitting a little tighter a little faster then i wanted them too. I've now decided im just going to use The One for cutting and keeping the muscle I have. Although my pumps after P90x are still pretty ridiculous. So even thou my calories and carbs are down I still feel like im gaining a little muscle and strength. This stuff is awesome!! we'll anyways I decided to leave a little work up to you guys, heres the link for my bodyspace page. feel free to leave any coments. Day 11 - july 2nd

so woke up this morning took the one. My little brother had just started that p90x workout a couple weeks ago and been bugging me to try it, so this morning I did.
The shit is TOUGH! I did the chest and back portion instead opf legs cuz my ankle was pretty sore for some reason. I cant remember the last time Ive had this big of a pump or my muscles felt any fuller. Went to get dressed for work and all my shirts felt a size smaller. No shit! Cant really speak much on it from a stregth point of view cuz almost everything with the p90x is bodyweight exercises.
Weighed 197.8 this morning but can deff tell some fat is melting away so that good. oh ya and upper dosage from 3 pills a day to 4. overall pretty happy with the reasults. Ill post before and after pics after bottles gone. sry guys know ive been promising that for a while lol.
oh and i won the $150 bb.com from this site! how sweet is that!??!?!?

Day 8 - Day 12, June 29th

So had a pretty tough weekend as far as working out goes. Didnt get into the gym on thursday for arms like i wanted too. I turned 21 at mid-night thursday night so probably drank way to much this weekend and could deff tell looked pretty soft this morning when i stepped on the scale and weghed a solid 200. I have to thank the drinking and poor diet this weekend to atleast 1.5lbs of it though. Got back up on that wagon thou today.
woke up 7 am took the one(4 pills) had 2 cups of coffe and 1 cup of lowfat cottage cheese then went and worked out
Bench press x12 205x10 215x8 225x6 Incl dbell 55x12 60x10 65x8 70x6 Flat dbell fly 25x12 25x10 30x8 Dip machine 145x12 160x10 180x8 190x6 Cable pulldown x12 x10 x8 x6 Caple flys 60x12 60x10 60x8 1 arm tri extension 25x12 25x10 felt pretty strong today chest muscles very hard but stomach not so much :/
doing good so far on the diet today pretty clean. Cant type all of it out busy day at work today. Will start with taking 4 pills a day 2morrow morning.

workout last night went really well, had tons of energy rested max 2 mins between sets which is somewhat rare for me exspecially when going a little heavy. Just didnt feel much muscle fatigue. workout: Pullups x12 x10 x8 x6 One arm Dbell row 60x12 65x10 70x8 80x6 Close Grip lat pulldown 120x12 110x8 90x8 90x6 Hammer curl 35x12 35x10 35x8 40x6 standing Rope row 50x12e 60x10 70x8 75x6 hammer strength Preacher curl 45x12 50x10 55x7 45x6
Back and biceps were very pumped after this workout. Immediaetly went home and had protein shake with lowfat yogurt after workout. got home at about 9:30pm. Went to bed at around 11pm.
Woke up 7am had 2 cups cofffee, the one, multi, and 3 asprin. Chiropracter and massage at 8am. Ate 6 pieces of lunch meat with american cheese slices then went to gym. workout: Am Leg raises x20, x20, x20, x20 Cable crunch front/side/side 100x10 110x10, 120x10 supersetted with cable lean side to side 100x15 110x12 120x10
NOTE: abs still pretty damn sore from yesterdays workout. came home and drank a shake:
lunch 1:30pm: two lean hamburgers with stirfry vegetables
snack 5pm: same as above dinner 7pm: same as above
Working out legs at 2:30pm today will post workout afterwards. wish me luck!

ok so last night i binged a little bit and ate peanut butter and raisens before i went to bed along with a shake and a few slices of cheese with lunch meat.
Went to the gym last night: leg extensions 20x45 15x90 15x135 10x225 6x270 calf raises 20x140 20x140 20x140
Just a quick workout got a pretty good pump in quad and felt pretty strong too. No side efeects as to mention yet. Woke up at 8am weighed myself in at 197.1 lbs, had two cups coffee with "the One" a multi, and milk thistle
gym this morning at 9am leg raises x20, x20, x20, x20 Bodyweight good mornings x15, x15, x15 yoga ball crunches x20, x20, x20, x20 cable crunches 75lbsx20, 60x20, 60x20 came home ate low fat yogurt with protein shake for post workout meal.
11am: 3 thick slices elk thurenger(spelt that wrong) with 4 slices of american cheese 1pm: Same thing as above. 2:30 going to gym on lunch break gonna ride the bike 4pm meal 4 chicken tenders, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 small onion, grilled. 7pm meal: same as 4pm meal 815pm:gym(will post workout tonight or tomorrow) 9:15pm post workout shake

Day 1 - Day one

I received AN's The One on thursday of last week. The morning I took my first dosage was 4 pills. stats: 6ft 193lbs roughly 14% body fat Goal after cycle: 205lbs 12% bodyfat
Will get exact measurements tonight only lift im going to post now is benchpress all other days i will post exact workouts. Right now bench is 225x9 goal is 255x10
This is one of the only websites i can view at work and had planned on doing a log when i bought the stuff but becuase i wasnt going to be able to post it on bb.com i hadnt started one yet. I will try to post up my daily lifts and diet everyday im here at work so 5 days a week. Planning on cycling this for 5 weeks if all goes well. PCT is TBA. Little background i've done one cycle of Havoc, one of epistane, one off mass-tabs, and one cycle of hemobolin.

Friday Just did abs and a few sets of pullups had some stuff interviene in trainning and sat and sun are my normal off days.
Todays workout was chest and tri's Bench press 225x6 225x6 225x5 225x5 225x6 Dbell fly's 30x8 30x8 30x8 cable standing press 40x15 45x12 50x12 60x12 one arm tri pull down 40x12 45x10 45x10 45x10 had to cut it short on tri's to get ready for work DAMNIT!
todays diet: coffee and The One dosage protein shake(milk and 2 scoops) around 7am workout 9am Shake & pulled pork sandwich on wheat bread 10:30am 3 eggswhites with carne asada steak and onions 1:30pm 2 cups cucumbers and another 3 eggs with steak and onions 5:30pm yet to decide on dinner, and may go do some abs before bed will post.
And took starting pictures will try and post those tonight from home.
Havnet really felt anything from The One yet, I cant tell it is keeping me a little bit lean after i have a cheat snack I dont loook at mself in the mirror with disgust so thats a good thing. weighted myself this morning in at 196lbs.
