FINAL RATING

Great Results!
Overall Personal Assessment: Alright folks...it is time for a final eval. Anadraulic State is perhaps the BEST pre-workout supplement I have tried. For the price it beats the other top sups I have used in the past (SP250, Black Powder, NO-exp). Granted A/S works in a totally different way than the aforementioned. The muscle pumps were insane and they stuck around for hours after the work-out. I did not experience any stomach discomfort nor was I jittery afterwards. Since I work out just a few hours before I have to go to bed there was also no sleep interuptions while on A/S...BIG BONUS! I must to give A/S props for helping me maintain and even increase my strength after cycling off a PH. I have already purchased my 2nd tub and will incorporate A/S in my next PCT regimen. The only negative I have for A/S is I did find I needed to cycle off to achieve the desired results. Would recommend to a friend and will continue to use A/S as part of my muscle building arsenal (9/10*)!

Day 22 - Chest and Bi's
September 6th 2009 6:21 PM

Nothing crazy today! Incline, decline, flat bench ss w/flies for chest and e-z curl, hammer curls, squating cable curls ss w/ single arm cable curls.
Not a monumental day as I am trying to get used to the whole cutting cycle routine and not lifting as much weight which is sometimes hard to resist! Great pumps and the focus was awesome! A few times I was thinking to myself I could be done but continued to hit it hard and it felt good afterwards! A/S Rock!

Day 19 - Brutal Leg / Shoulder routine!
September 3rd 2009 7:46 PM

Hit the A/S and then tore it up in the gym today! All I can say is Ouch! 10 minute warm up on eliptical. Started with single leg extensions and Hammer Strength shoulder press machine. 4 sets of each using progressive weight up to 3 plates on the press for reps of 8-10. On the leg extension completed 8-10 each leg then completed 8-10 double leg. Feel the burn, feel the burn!!!!!!!!! Then on too split squats (one foot on a bench) with 135x8 and dumbell overhead presses, 50, 60, 70, 80. Next was barbell walking lunges to a shoulder press after every step 135x20meters. I could only stand to do 2 sets of these cause I still had some areas I wanted to hit. Then on to inlcine rear delt row 30/35/30/35 superdetted with standing lateral raises 30x4. Off to rear shruggs 225/285/315/285/225 supersetting look thru the hole front raises with the 45's on the way back down! DONE! The pump was phenominal. The A/S kept me going with full energy on all lifts. Waiting on the second jug and planning on incorporating A/S into my next PCT after upcoming cycle. This one was a killer!

Day 17 - Back and TRI
September 1st 2009 4:54 PM

I am still gearing towards my cut cycle, which I will start tomorrow. The diet will be super clean and I plan on carb cycling (High, Low, and No carb days). I plan on continueing this current routine of push / pull legs training.
On to back - No deads today! Started with bent over reverse rows supersetted with pull ups. Rows= 10x135, 10x145, 10x185, 10x225, 10x135. Pull ups were all x6. Then on to wide grip pull downs 4xstack and seated rows 4xstack. I used straps but I am trying to wheen myself off of them as my grip is not that great, but with all the injuries from heavy lifting as of late I need them. Will try and drop them during my cut cycle. As far as the A/S, I am still feeling the effects but just not like those first few days. Really good pumps and they are staying around for a good while afterwards. This product continues to impress. I have even thought about using it as a PCT or in the middle of my next PH cycle just to keep the estrogen at bay.
Tri-push downs and reverse pull downs were the call of the day. I also did a few sets of dips. I went fairly heavy on the push downs using the stack for the final set. On the reverse pull downs I utilyzed the single handle for isolation of the inside tri head. Did the mirror chack afterwards and Wow, I had some real slabs of ham hanging off my arms. The tris were looking huge and the elbow was throbbing from the pull downs so I called it a day. I was also able to go right to bed shortly after a quick shower and some chill time. A/S did not mess with my sleep cycle!

Day 16 - LEG Day!
August 31st 2009 6:20 PM

Ok... I put it off long enough. Been procrastinating on this one for a day or so, but i think I needed the time off anyway. Started with my usual pre-exhaust routine of extensions and curls x4 sets. Moved right into supersets of hack squat and and Romanian deads. Hit the hack up 4 times 270, 360, 450, 540. Tried to stay in the 8-10 range. Light as always on the Roman deads, 4x115. Legs were pretty baked after this so I did some stretching and 3 sets of parking lot lunges with 40, 60, 80 lb DB's. Totally done after these. Wanted to puke and cry at the same time. The A/S is the only thing I can think of that coulda kept me going thru this crazy leg day. I have had better but this one rocked and I was really focused on form and completing quality reps. Full range of motion is my mantra! So many rookies today do not do this and I wonder where it started, just a thought! Be back in a day or so for more self beatings, lol!

Day 14 - Chest and BI!
August 29th 2009 4:54 PM

Changing up the routine a bit. Prepping for two a days that start next week for my cut cycle. Thought I would split body parts up for a week or so to see how my body reacted.
-Chest went well! I used A/S prior to work out because I have found that it does not disturb my sleep pattern as does S/P250 and NO-exp. Although I would not recommend drinking A/S and immediately trying to go to sleep but after a good hard w/o I found no troubles getting to sleep. No crazy numbers today just a few sets on incline maxing out @225 and a few on decline maxing @ 275. Concentrated on pec dec and cables. Upper chest is large and in charge, really good pump.
-Bi's after 8 hours of sleep. I ate a Meso-Tech bar just to get something on my stomach and start off with a little protein. Banged the A/S and started Bi's! Pretty descent arm w/o. Curled 135 for 8 reps twice for my max out set. Completed hammers and preachers and got outa there in like an hour and a half so I could get to work. Prolly coulda stayed longer but time did not permit. Still no sides that I can recognize and the results are still great.

Day 12 - Back to basics!
August 27th 2009 6:36 PM

Split back and shoulder up from last week cause I felt I neglected shoulders (at least the details). So on with back. Warmed up with seated wide lat pulldowns. Then on to V-bar barbell rows supersetted with pull-ups. This is where the back really started to pump up. Again, staying really focused because of the A/S. Started working on grip today also by not using straps except on heavier lifts where needed to get the reps in. Started getting the rep range around 10-12 as I am rolling into a cut cycle next week. Ordered another can of A/S. All effects are positive so far. There are no negatives that I have found with A/S.

Day 11 - Shoulders!
August 26th 2009 8:37 PM

Debated on whether to go ahead and get shoulders done today but said what the hey! Went in for a brief shoulder work out and stayd for 2hrs really concentrating on traps. Been trying to bust a move on these for years and just started getting great results from rear shrugs and lying incline shrugs. Started with seated DB presses and went up to 110 for a set of 6. Dang! that was heavy and it felt good at the same time. The A/S had me really pumped and the aftertaste kept coming back every now and again which was not bad. Hitting some water makes it go away though rather quickly in the event you do not care for it. Vascularity really starting to get pronounced especially in the deeper sets. Didn't go crazy heavy on anything but the seated DB presses. Stayed moderately heavy on shrugs 225 and 315. Ovarall a good shoulder day with A/S although I was was a little baked from the earlier leg day.********

Day 10 - Extensions, Squats, and Stiff Legs, Oh My!
August 25th 2009 4:45 PM

Another impressive leg day! Pre-exhaust with extensions and curls, 3x10. Followed with Squats at 2x10@225, 1x8@315, 1x6@405, & 1x4@455. Wow! the blood was really pumping my quads up. They looked huge! I was focused like a lioness chasing a gazelle. I prolly could have done more squats but didn't have a partner and wanted to get more reps in elswhere. I stay low weight on stiff legs becuase of past back problems so I hung around 135-155, no higher. Hacks for 3x10 with 315, 405, 500, supersetted with stiffs. Worked in standing and seated calf raises and the wheels are still feeling the pump from A/S 3hrs later. LG really got this one right IMHO! Still impressed, still focused, still ordering a second canister!

Day 8 - ARMS!!!
August 23rd 2009 5:43 PM

Increased strength today. Started with barbell curls 2x95x10, 1x115x10, 1x125x8, 2x135x6. This was all supersetted with skull crushers at either 105 or 125. Completed GVT on Hammer Strength preacher and tri-cep pushdowns. I started to do a set of light Hammers but I was done, stick a fork in me! After all this my arms were swole! As I completed GVT sets I was getting really vascular and the pumps were amazing AGAIN! Although, I am not feeling as pumped as I remember those first couple of times. I know I said I was going to use S/P today but I remembered what a good arm day I had last week and wanted the same. Well, I will say A/S delivered once again.

Day 7 - CHEST Day!
August 22nd 2009 4:58 PM

The focus I have with A/S is outstanding. I almost believe that I am getting a better oxygen exchange with this product. I am able to lift longer and harder than I have in a very long time. Todays max's were incline bench 4x275, decline bench 4x315, German Volume Training (10x10) on flat bench with 185. I was able to go till failure on GVT ending around 7-8 reps on set 7-10. Those were the highlights. I have done all these lifts before. But it has been awhile and normally not in the succession I accomplished today. I actually still feel like I have some of the pump going after an 8 hour sleep period and while I sit here at work typing this log. I am actually taking Formadrol which is an ingredient in A/S but as a PCT from the TRIFECTA Stack I am coming off of. I will use S/P for a few days to see if this makes a difference. I really don't want too because I have been able to get quality sleep too while on A/S but I think it will be worth the trial.
