Great Results!
Overall Personal Assessment: T-911 delivered on all it's printed claims. I was more alert and focused in the gym and at other times shortly after taking the pill. I used T-911 as a bridge from one PH cycle to another. I was able to maintain my gains with a slight drop in strength. But this is always expected. Could have also been due to the change in workout routine (mass to cut cycle). Libido did return and I would attribute this to the T-911. I plan on using this product again at the end of my next PH cycle and would recommend it to a friend! 4 out of 5 ****!

Day 33 - Legs

Really good leg day today, not the best but good just the same.
Warm up with leg presses - stack for 4 sets of 12-15
Squats / Romanian Deads - 135/15, 185/12, 225/10, 405/4, 225/10, 135/20 - 135/12 on all sets of deads, oh this was a superset in case U were confused.
One leg - leg press for 10-12 reps at about 55-65lbs for 3 sets supersetted with no weight walking lunges. Ended with standing calf raises on the Smith Machine!
Last day with T-911. Start up my XHMS / H-Drol cycle tomorrow!

Day 29 - Arms

Started off with some incline DB curls 25/30/35, high rep here trying to stay around 15-20. Did the curl simultaneously not singles. Did a little warm up supersetting too with dips, again 15-20. No weight added, just body weight. Then to heavy hammer curls 40/45/50 supersetted with reverse tri pull downs, again 12-15 reps. Then over to Hammer Strength preacher curls supersetted with tri-rope push downs 12-15 reps. Notice a re-occuring theme here? At this point I was pretty cooked but really felt like I had more in the tank. I realized I had hit some Vitaberry, Ceapure, and iBCAA's (all from Primordial Performance) prior to working out and this was probably the reason. I used all three and will continue as I am setting up for the 1-T TREN / H-Drol lean mass cycle on 11OCT! I will continue to take the T-911 all the way up until that day and since I have another bottle I will prolly incorporate it into my PCT after the 1-T TREN / H-Drol fun time:)

Day 27 - Shoulders

Ok...went and watched another Jay Cutler video got all fired so I attacked the shoulders today with a real emphasis on traps.
Started off with seated lateral raises 30/35/40/35/30. Then to seated DB presses 70/80/90/110/70 tried to keep rep range around 8-10. I think I pushed out 4 on the 110's. Over to behind the neck mil presses on the smith machine 135/185/225/185/135. On the last few sets though I pressed up the weight then did some shrugs (10-12) then completed the set. Over to standing lateral cable raises supersetted with Hammer Strength shrugs 2/3 plates on each side. Of course I had to work in my fave...incline DB shrugs 110/115/120. Still hitting the T-911 but at this point I feel it is more maintenance than anything. I am not seeing any gains nor am I trying too gain. Just maintaining untill 11OCT when I start the 1-T TREN and H-Drol cycle. Day 26 - Chest and Back

These were actually done on two different days.
Chest: All DB w/o. Started with incline presses 80/90/100/110. Then to decline presses 90/100/110/120. Over to incline pull overs 80lb DB superset with incline flies 35/40/45/50. Next was low cable flies.

Back: Lat pull downs, stack for 4 sets. Then to barbell bent-over rows 135/185/225/275/225/185/135. Over to incline DB rows 40lb, that is as high as they go:( On to low cable row, stack for 4 sets then to single arm isolation cable rows, really flexing the lat here.

Day 24 - Holy Kamolie!

My legs are still smoked after that last work-out. Had to take yesterday off and I am still walking around like I am wlking on glass! Great work-out for legs! Might want to write that one down or go watch the video on you tube Jay Cutler legs part 1!

Day 23 - LEGS!

Watched Jay Cutler's winning Mr O posing routine and one of his leg w/o's prior to hitting the gym! First off congrats to Jay for rebounding after a disappointing loss last year to "The Blade"! Jay earned it tis year.
Started off with pre-exhaust of extensions, sets of 20. Then to barbell lunges sets os 10. On too hack squat with 3-4 plates on each side and reps of 8-12. Then to front squats on the Smith machine 10-12 reps @ 135, 155, 185 supersetted w/ seated calf raises and standing Smith machine calf raises with 225 for reps of 12-15. Still hitting 3x T-911. Tast hasn't changed and is still seams to be working. Nothing crazy though, just maintaining gains, no increases!

I watched it on the net as well and I was so impressed.. nothing like watching these top guy train to get inspired.. I still pop in the classic Pumping Iron to get motivated.

Day 21 - Arms (T-911x3)

Bi's and Tri's Oh my! Well pretty descent w/o today. Started with standing DB curls 35, 40, 45, 50. Then to Skull crushers 105, 115, 125, 135. Elbows were thumping on these. Need to get some glucosamine. On to standing DB Hammer Curls. Slow and concentrated on these (20, 25, 30, 25, 20). Then to Tricep pushdowns superset with reverse Tricep pull downs. Strength is still there and improving but being as I am on a cut right now trying to stay away from the big weights as much as possible. Good arm day:)

Day 19 - Shoulders

Dumb-bells and more dumb-bells! Seated DB presses with 60, 70, 80, 90. Trying to keep the rep range 12-15. Incline barbell raises superset with DB shrugs, heavy on the shrugs (105-115). Then to Hammer Strength lateral raises supersetted with incline rear delt rows. 3xT-911. Still maintaining. No worries so far!

Day 18 - Back

Lotsa reps was the recipe for today's back w/o. Started with barbell bentover rows, 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 185x12, 135x20 of course I supersetted this with Hammer Strength Lat pull downs. Then on to Hammer Strength wide lat pulldown superset with Hammer Strength low row for 4 sets x 12-15. Ended with goodmornings 135x5 for 4 sets. Still @ 3xT-911. Results are still a lil better than expected. Maintaining strength and cutting down some weight at the same time. Down 15lbs in 3wks since starting cut cycle!

Day 15 - Legs legs and more legs!

Today was a squat and stiff leg day! Superset of squats (135, 185, 225, 275, 315, x 8-12 reps) stiff legs @ 135 and 185. Then to a tri-set of extensions / curls / calf raises. All were done at the 12-15 rep range. Finsihed up with 3x front squats 135, 185, 135 and single leg presses. T-911x3. Leags are sore for the first time in awhile. Another 3 more weeks of T-991 till I start a mass cycel. I am so looking forward to this one! Using Primordial Performance products:)
