Day 16 - weight in day :)

hi guys well its moday again and weigh in time.. I love 4lbs this week so happy.. :) and i made a mistake on ym last journal.. i said i was taking 3 pills 3x aday but that is wrong im talkin 3 pills 2x daily sorry about this mistake..
anyways im so happy as well as alot of poepl have said that im losing weight :) which helps alot because it so had to be in the right frame of mind to lose weigh when you have never tryed before...
i feel great for it as well... got alot of energy all the time and i dont feel hungry after meals either...
im so proud of myself for sticking it out for this long. no exiting now
anyways think you for the people who are listening an leaving messages :) will keep u all up2 date

Day 9 - weight in day :)

well i weighed in today at 198lbs again but then i remember that when i weighed in last week i did it after training so i really just weighed my water weight... so in a way my result today was a good result..
from know on I will be weighing in before traning to get a true reading.
I have also started to take 3 pills 3x per day now, dont see no side affects and my energy has increased alot..

' ... 3 pills 3 times a day??? It's supposed to be 3 pills 2 times a day. I hope it works for you and all, but it's the kind of overdosing that causes some people problems, and them makes the FDA pull it off the shelf. '

Day 5 - going well so far

well after 5 days of taking HH.. i still feel good... ive changed to a healthy eating diet which was going to be the hardest thing for me... but im still on track....
i feel good in training (more energy) and even when im eating healthy i dont get as hungry as i used to get.... hope weigh in on monday with bring a smile to my face... i was 197lbs and i hope ive lost a couple of pound by monday.
ive also been have a bannana as a snack in between meals... seem to be eating more fruit as well since ive started on this diet which is a good think....
will keep you all posted...
O also got told today that i'd looked like i have lost weight as well :)

Day 2 - first an second day

well ive started on hydroxycut HARDCORE!!! as i need to lose weight..... im a goalkeeper in soccer... im 5, 10" and weight in at 201 lbs whish isnt good enough. Ive never been ripped or lean and now is the time i need to get my head down and sort my self out..
Well ive gotta weight in today as my coach says i needed to loase 2 lbs in 3 days.... for this time i wil weight in after trainin and just go off losing my water weight but hopefully the HH with kick in and help me along the way.... will let you guys know what i weighed in at later.
