Day 43 - Legs
November 22nd 2009 12:02 PM
Giant sets: Squat: 225/275/315 Smith machine front squat: 135/185/185 Seated calf raise: 50/100/100
Leg extension: 95/105/125 Leg curl: 95/105/125 Standing calf raise: 165/175/185
Last day of 1TT:eek: This work out was so brutal that once done I could not eat. I was hungry but just could not choke down the egg white omlet I normally get:( Also, had a lil puke session after the 4th set:p Had not done a leg workout like this one in awhile and holy kamolie did it show! I am still walking like a gotta potatoe chip between my arsche cheeks. Also started hitting Dermatherm today as well as liquid Clenbutrx Hardcore (VPX).

Day 42 - Chest
November 21st 2009 11:09 AM
Giant sets: Flat BB bench = 225/225/225 Incline BB bech = 185/185/185 Incline DB flies = 30/35/40
Pec deck = 90/110/125 Incline machine press = 155/165/175 Low cable flies = 20/25/30
Awesome pump today! Getting down to the end of my 1TT cycle and I have been totally satisfied with all gains. I have packed on really dry muscle. Strength gains have been incredible. Not quite as much as I would have liked but my w/o routine kinda dictated that one. I wanted to bust the 400 mark on bench but the closest I was able to get was 365. Still about a 70 pound gain overall on the bench. I will post pics next week. And give a full review. I am continueing on with the SA/Toco/ES. I have also added TD Formastane as I am transitioning into my 4wk PCT. I am totally sold on PP products and I am a strong advocate in my gyms at promoting them. The results will speak for themselves.

Day 40 - Back
November 19th 2009 1:41 PM
Giant sets: Bent over v-grip row = 90/135/180 Hammer Strength lat pull downs = 90/115/135 Goodmornings = 135
Hammer Strength wide grip lat pull down = 90/90/135 Smith Machine upright row from the floor = 135/155/175 Hammer Strength seated row = 90/115/135
Again all sets were completed in the 15 rep range. Keeping rep range high and going as heavy as possiible. Wanted to do deads but forgot my belt. Will hit them next week for sure.

Day 39 - Arms / Cardio / Abs
November 18th 2009 6:13 PM
Arms: PM
Giant sets: bi/tri/bi Standing E-Z curl = 105/105/125 Close grip BB bench = 135/165/185 Hammer curls = 35/45/55
tri/bi/tri Reverse Tri-cep pull downs = 135/145/155 Preacher curl machine = 70/70/85 Weighted dips = 60/60/60
Cardio / Abs: AM Elip = 20min Suffering, Weighted hanging knee raises = 20/20/20 Pain, ab wheel = 20/20/20 Standing oblique cable crunches = 20/20/20 Knee to elbow crunches = 20/20/20
All bi/tri sets done with 15 reps as the goal. Some sets only made it to 12. I have gone from 227 down to 221. I credit the additional cardio and the giant sets as I am burning alot more fat and keeping a good amount of muscle. My diet has not changed at all. Egg whites, egg whites, egg whites. I am so tired of eating egg whites. Probably could be a lil cleaner but I am happy where I am at at the moment. No need to take any drastic steps yet, lol! Started using formastane today also. Decided to start working this sup into my stack. Nothing to be alarmed about in the gyno area but just wanna squash some e as I transition off the 1TT and onto a test booster (T-911) and of course I am going to continue with the SA and the EA which I will start next week when the 1TT cycle is done:(

Day 36 - Shoulders
November 15th 2009 4:16 PM
TRISET Seated front BB shoulder presses = 135/155/185/205 Rear BB shrugs = 135/225/225/315 Standing bent over rear dealt flies = 25/25/35/35 (head against incline bench)
TRISET Upright cable rows = 130/140/150 Standing lateral raises = 25/35/35 Standing front plate (45) raises = 10/10/10
Really good shoulder work out. High intensity and done in like 45 minutes. Quick, down and dirty. We even had 3 people rotating thru and it went really well. I normally don't like to have 3 somes, lol, but this one went rather well. Rest time between sets was needed as the intensity stayed high during all sets. Starting to see some striations in the latter sets as the shoulders start to fatigue!

Day 35 - Cardio / Abs / Back
November 14th 2009 6:23 PM
Cardio / Abs:
Ran 1mile to the gym Push-ups = 60/45/30/15 (Push-ups for seconds) Leg raises = 15/15/15 Around the worlds = 15/15/15 Standing weighted cable crunches = 25/25/25 Hanging leg raises = 25/25/25 Ran 1mile back to LSA
Around the worlds = Roman chair sit ups, oblique crunches on each side, back extensions
Back:
Wide grip lat pull downs = 180/195/210 Seated cable row = 180/195/210 Bent over BB rows = 135/185/225 Assisted wide grip pull ups = 10/10/10
This was a pretty good beat down today. The run went well. Felt alot better than I did a couple days prior. I am starting to transition into a more definition building phase of training now. Trying not to go as heavy but still keeping the weight up there. Tending to go to form break or failure on most sets which most is normally around 10-12 for me. The 225 BB bent over row to 10 reps whooped me down pretty good. I am currently reading Mike Mentzer's High Intensity Training. Just getting into it but I believe this is going to set the stage for my training for a good long while.

Day 34 - Chest
November 13th 2009 6:02 PM
Flat BB bench = 185/225/265/285/225/185 Decline BB bench = 225/265/315/225/185 Incline cable pull overs = 90/110/120/130 superset Standing high cable flies = 60/70/80/90 Incline DB flies = 35/45/55
I just realized I only have one more week left on the 1TT. I will be counting the days down until I will be able to slather more 1TT over my skin again. No really, this has to have been one of the absolute best PH experiences I have had. This product rivals some AAS cycles I have done in the past....for real! I have not experienced any further sides from the H-Drol and I am even hitting it at 75mg's a day for the remainder of this week. I am actually looking forward to my SA days now. The boys look forward to those days too I only hope that I will be able to maintain the gains I have made once I come off the 1TT. I do believe I have set myself up for success and do not see any reason Y I would lose my gains. My old W/O partner just got back from Amsterdam the sorry MO/FO...so I will be able to get some pics up next week. He has the camera. Looking forward to a good 2 mile run with the fellas tomorrow morning and a righteous back work out afterwards.

Day 33 - Cardio / Abs
November 12th 2009 4:58 PM
Ran about 2 miles
Stopped half way at the gym for push ups and abs
Push ups = 60/45/30/15 (these are all seconds of doing push ups) Leg throws = 30/30 Standing weighted cable crunches = 25/25/25 Hanging knee ups = 25/25/25 Oblique weighted cable crunches = 25/25/25 Cable wood choppers = 25/25/25 Plank = 1minx2
Wow! The run whooped me something terrible! But it felt good though. First time I have run any significant distance since I retired from the Navy over a year ago (NOV08). And the first time I have run that distance since my ACL and maniscus replacement (FEB08). But I couldn't let the youngster out do the old salt...lol! Made it! Plus I think the best exercise for cutting down besides swimming is running! So, I think I will keep this in my regimine for now at least evey other day:)

Day 32 - Arms
November 11th 2009 6:21 PM
Standing BB curls = 45/65/85/105/125/105/85/65/45 (last 5 = drop sets) Weighted dips = 60/60/60/60/60 Concentration curls = 25/25/25 superset Hammer curls = 35/35/35 Skull crushers = 125/135/155 Reverse tricep pull downs = 120/130/150/130/120/110/90/80 (last 5 = drops)
Really starting to notice some good vascularity and seperation in my arms. There is alot more fullness on both the bicep and tricep. I am really satisfied with the gains I have made and the way my muscles are developing on this cycle. I am looking to prolly change the routine up next week though. Looking at a back & bi / chest and tri / Leg & shoulder routine on a 1 on 1 off split. One, I need a change and two I need to start leaning up a bit before I go home on R&R.

November 10th 2009 5:39 PM
Deadlifts = 135/225/315/425/515/225/135 Wide grip lat pull downs = 190/210/225 superset Reverse grip bent over rows = 135/185/225 Seated cable row = 190/210/225 superset Roman chair back extensions = 15/15/15
Well...as U can see, I was able to accomplish another one of my goals for this cycle. Back is really whooped down! I guess that day off did some good after all, lol! Should prolly take more of them!
