Your body needs to repair, to let it's natural levels come back into your body. It's a very delicate process and cycle support is designed to do exactly that. " ... I'm confused. Forums all over rave about CS's excellent taste. Although I believe in it's efficacy, it tastes pretty nasty. It's gritty and the choco flavoring used is miles off target. Nothing wrong with trying to make this a pleasant experience. "
