" ... In my opinion based on use and experience of both legal and prescription based fat burners - this is my favorite hands down. It's cheap, fast acting and has never given me any negative side-effects. You will get great results just sticking with the instructions and of course better results if you eat better and try to get some exercise in each week. "

" ... I have a question, is Xenadrine RFA-1 Weight Loss (New Formula) 120caps by Cytogenix ephidra free or not? note that this product is manufactured by Cytogenix (previousy known as Cytodyne Technologies).
Personally i have used Xenadrine EFX for a while and it works fine, i've lost over 50 pounds with this product, using a good diet and a lot of cardiovascular activities.
My program involves weight lifting and jogging for approximately 3-5 miles three to four times a week. NOTE THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECCT IF YOU DO NOT CARDIO IT IS BEST USED WITH THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITIES.
Xenadrine EFX for some reason is out of the market, i can't seem to find it i heard thier company is phasing legal issues but now they've changed thier name to Cytogenix Laboratries.
I recommend Xenadrine to overweight peoplr trying to lose excess weight because it worked with me.

" ... Has anyone seen any results from using the new xenadrine rfa-1? I am planning on using it in january as soon as I stop breastfeeding, and I would like to hear from those of you who tried it to know if it is worth trying or not. I am desperate to loose my pregnancy weight. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy. I was able to loose 25 lbs in the first year following giving birth, but I am stuck with the other 25lbs. Please let me know if the new RFA-1 is working out. "

" ... JUST GOT MY BOTTLE YESTERDAY FROM WALGREENS HERE IN SANTA MONICA, CA, AND MAN THE ENERGY IS CRAZY!!! I CLEANED THE HOUSE AND I COULD NOT STOP!!LOL!! AND THEN I WENT TO WORK AND STILL WAS NOT TIRED!!! GIVES ME A GOOD PUSH, BETTER MOOD, MORE FOCUS... " ... I've always had great success with the RFA-1 version. I am hearing rumors now about an RFA-X version coming out so I'll be sure to try that one. But as far as this product is concerned, there is not much out there "legal" that comes close to its effectiveness. And that's coming from someone who's been in the game for over 27 years. "

The ephedra free (efx) is a great alternative to the former rfa-1 version, they both do amazing work and equal in results. We've tested many subjects with Xenadrine and have found that 90%+ had great results. Each individual followed a healthy diet and exercise program. 2-3 times a week with some physical activity is all it takes. We highly recommend this product because it works. "
