No complaints here.. been using cytonox for about 10 workouts now with very good results - added some strength to my lifts and am getting no bloating, crashes or any other negative side-effects. " ... I am loving it.. I know it's the same parent company that owns muscletech and stuff but this is cheaper than muscletech so I gave it a shot. Anyways, after about 10 workouts, 2 weeks time, I can say the cytonox works extremely well for me. Biggest noticeably improvement is my workout pumps, that last most of the day and my strength increases - very motivating to get in the gym now even on leg days! 5/5 "

This is by Far the worst pre workout supp i've ever taken. i received a sample pack from the guy at gnc. i opened it and right away the thought of Nano vapor poped into my head,they taste exactly the same...i've heard this company is somewhat related to muscletech which would explain why its absolute garbage. Felt very little to no energy,even takin the whole pack which was suppose to be 3 serving's. made me go to the bathrooom 30 mins into my workout and made me feel miserable for the next hr. Superpump250 all the way. i bet Dark rage from Mhp is great, never had a problem with anything from Gaspari and MHP. "

" ... I really like it, even if it's only been 10 uses (2 weeks or so). The taste is VERY sweet.. but the package claims no sugar, so not sure how they got it so sweet but it's actually nice to drink compared to other pre-workout drinks. Gives good energy rush for about 45-60 minutes for me, which gets me through my workouts. Been getting really full, thick pumps that last for a few hours afterwards. Strength has been increasing as well as overall muscle look.
Very pleased.
ps - I am also stacking it with the same brand post-workout drink. "

" ... I gave this stuff a shot because my store didn't have my normal pre-workout stuff in stock (muscle rush). I have to say the pump was incredible. But about 20 mins into my workout I had to stop. I got dizzy, lightheaded and almost threw up. So I thought maybe it was something I ate or just a stomach bug. But the next day gave it another shot, Even worse this time, on my way to the gym got so dizzy and sick had to pull over. Guess it's just not for me. Sucks cuz the pump was the BEST i have ever experienced. "

I am kind of worried I started taking it for a couple of days and now when I take a leak I pee the stuff out, it just came out of no where and I gotta use the restroom like every few mins, and it was burning really bad. I thought it was blood at first but then I realized it looked the same as cytonox. I was also having a hard time mixing it all in the water too. And to me the taste was not all that great. "

Pumps are great, and it lasts far after the workout. Even if when your doing your cardio after a workout you still feel like you can give a little more. I noticed lately that the pumps weren't as great and my stength started to diminish. Recently switched to Dark Rage and Dark Matter. " ... I've gone through pretty much all of the pre-workout drinks out there and I have to say that this one as well as superpump 250 are the only ones that give me actual gains. All the others just provide a quick pump which is nice but at the end of the day no real gains of any kinds. With this and the other mentioned, my strength and lean mass increase regularly. "

" ... I've just started to take CytoNOx and its working great. Pumps, energy, recover time between reps, I feel like I can just keep going in the gym. I normally work out about 2 hrs each visit, I take this right when I get to the gym, and by the time I start lifting, I am focused and raging. I am currently 180 lbs I feel that by the end of my first bottle Ill have gained a few more pounds on both my body and my bench weight. " ... Every product isn't for "everyone" one size does not fit all, but for me, cytonox is amazing, helps me push through my workouts and really has made me stronger. If your getting dizzy o sick, either your using to much or your not hydrating enough. Gotta drink water or you'll destroy your liver quick. Been using it for about 2 weeks, as far as mixing it, the blender bottle from GNC works great mixing most supplements. "
