" ... I have just started about 15 days ago with these drink packets and I will go on record to say that I am very happy with them! Taste is great first of all, so it's easy to drink something healthy then that damn coffee or pop. As far as results.. I get a ton of energy (mentally and physically), a bit of appetite suppression and best of all I have lost a pant size! I will continue for a few months or until the effects wear off.. hopefully they won't! I HAVE BEEN DRINKING TWO A DAY, 15 MINUTES OR SO BEFORE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND I AM SEEING HUGE DIFFERENCES ALREADY. THIS STUFF IS AN ANSWERED PRAYER!

This drink truly is amazing. I have been drinking it for a few months now. I have lost around 25 pounds. Drink one in the morning, another six hours later. For quicker results, work out at home for 20-30 minutes every morning. Nothin big. Maybe some stretches, crunches, twists. This stuff really does work..

" ... I just started taking this, this morning. It does taste really good (like koolaid). I'm not 100% sure how it works, or if it is. I do have added energy this morning. Also, normally before lunch time, I have horrible heartburn because my stomach is begging for food. But I dont have the prelunch heart burn now. I assume its because of the appetite suppressant. " ... I just started taking this over 2 weeks ago. I drink one before lunch and one before dinner. It does make me a tad jittery but my body adapts better every day I take it. I have only lost approximately 3 lbs thus far but I can attest that this drink mix curbs my huge appetite especially in the evenings when I have eaten good all day and do not want to wreck it with going overboard for dinner. I like the energy it gives me and the taste is great. I find myself drinking over 100 oz of water a day while taking this. I am going to give this time and continue a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise program. I will keep you posted on the results. "
