" ... The original muscle milk was good for me.. but even though I was adding some nice muscle size I was putting on a bit of fat and holding some water. I have the light version here a chance and it made all the difference in the world. Same great taste, just cleaner gains now. "

" ... Its ok. My biggest problem with muscle milk light (chocolate)was the taste was alrite but the after taste was what got me. Though there are no sugars, I think they use some sugar alcohols or something to give it the taste. Unfortunately the aftertaste in my mouth killed it for me. I prefer drinking regular lowfat chocolate milk instead, mix it with some prtein powder if possible. "

" ... I get the aftertaste as well...Tastes great initially but torments me all day! Other than that, no problems with an upset stomach and I keep getting stronger and stronger every workout. "
