" ... DIM (easier than writing the whole thing out) is a great estrogen balancer. My wife has been using it for over 5 years, and with it can enjoy an absolutely normal wife. It's a wonder what these supplements can do now-a-days. On the other hand, I, a male, am using it as well to keep my hormone levels in check as was recommended by my doctor as well. I haev surely noticed a vast differnce and am grateful to be able to live a normal lifestyle as well. DIM is excellent. "
