" ... I will admit I am a big, long-time Dymatize fan. Always produced the highest quality proteins in my opinion and with the best flavors that you can actually enjoy rather than just scarf down like a robot. I've added iso 100 to the mix about 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say it's has made a difference. 2 servings IMMEDIATELY following workouts is what I've added and I can tell from week to week my body is looking better and my strength is improving as well.

Always been a big fan of dymatize supplements.. one of the few out there today that actually taste good and at the same time provide better than average results. I have gone through 3 tubs of iso-100, I use it three times a day. All I can say is that it's like having desert all the time, it's that tasty. In terms of results, well my body is looking leaner yet more muscular, I am recovering faster from one workout to the next where I can train now 6 days a week instead of 4. A+ "
