" ... I am 63 years old and do not exercise at all due to some health conditions and lack of will power. I weighed 285 pounds when I started Akavar in the first week in Jan. 2008. It is now July and I weigh between 239 and 241 pounds. Akavar has changed the way I want to eat and do not crave food like before. I try to eat less but have a bowl of ice cream before bedtime.
