" ... This is actually my crutch. I have a habit of slipping on my diet here and there.... ok.. alot! I am only human, we all are. Well I will admit that I do use appestat caps a few times a week to help my cravings. I am very impressed because it does work and very quickly.. probably 10 minutes after a dosage I lose my appetite. I am sure it's safe as I've had no side-effects, except weight loss.. yaaaa! "
