It's really like drinking a real milk shake. So anyway, I take one after my workouts, and then another during the day when I need a snack. "

" ... I actually starting drinking myoplex shakes because of my ex-ex-ex boyfriend. He was really into bodybuilding and all the shakes too. I tried one sip one time of his and I was immedietely hooked from that first time. I no go through about 2-3 boxes a month. It's a great meal replacement and very tasty snack for me. I also use one right after my workouts too. The chocolate flavor is incredible! "

" ... I've used myoplex shakes for over 5 years, their the best ones back then and still today. Great taste, no upset stomach and good results with the effort in the gym. Best flavor by far is the Strawberry Cream which I am addicted to. "
