" ... I will be honest and sorry to those that disagree but feel free to write your own thoughts and review. BUT, for me myoplex shakes are as bas as it gets. They always upset my stomach, make me bloated. I also don't make good results as I do with other brands. Sorry.. it's just no good for me. "
