" ... I live by this stuff! Easily the most effective pre workout supplement on the market today and in my opinion for years to c ome. I've tried them all including from muscltech, bsn and such. AMP hands down is the most effective, especially in the energy levels. They also don't drain half way through the workout like with other brands, lasts for atleast 45 minutes with me and sometimes to an hour. "
