" ... I've had problems eating all my life, making me over weight and with a very low self esteem. I have battled many eating disorders. I was told by my doctor that I should try appetite suppresants to help me out.. so I tried thermostat. I can say that I am getting better thanks to thermostat, it actually does suppress my appetite. But I must say for those who are looking for help, this is a solution. It was and IS for me. Thermostat gives me two things, fat burning to keep me at my goal weight and suppressing my cravings with hoodia which is just as key. You may need serious help ofcourse, but many of us like to do it our way.. this is an answer. "
