" ... Blast cycle has helped me cross over my plateau more than once. I get sticking points where I can't get enough energy at the end of my workouts to make them worthwhile. When this used to happen, my mental attitude just dropped, my progress came to a halt, etc, etc. Now with blast cycle, I get that energy each and every workout from start to end. It's extremely motivating. I think everyone that has my situation or similar should give blast cycle a shot, why not. "

" ... Blast cycle gave me ecaxtly what the name says, i was in the restroom everytime blasting out everything i had, couldnt even do my workouts well. I ended up givin it away and began taking what i normaily take. Never takin this again "
