" ... Mass cycle is actually pretty effective. Nothing mind boggling, you won't put on 50 pounds of muscle from a bottle, but you will make realistic, permanant gains. After 5 weeks I gained 8 pounds of real muscle. I also had very good, intense workouts. I would recommend mass cycle, for realistic people with realistic, safe goals. "

" ... this stuff is horrible. dont use it. waist of mone, and time. i was on this stuff a 3 weeks and didnt see any results. and i have a strick diet and good workout routine. wouldn't recommend it. "

" ... I disagree.. Mass Cycle is NOT horrible, it's actually excellent. I've actually used it, not like the "brem" guy that is bashing it without using it. If he actually stuck with a strict (not strick, learn to spell brem) diet and good workout routine and saw no results then he obviously DID NOT. First get your training and nutrition in place, THEN add a supplement such as Mass Cycle to INCREASE your results.
Good luck to those actually using it, you'll be pleasantly pleased. "
