" ... Well it's true.. it works. I saw the ads and magazine articles so I gave it a shot. Well the burn really does burn the fat right off.. I was doing only cardio 4 times a week for 45 minutes each time and lowered my carbohydrates and increased my protein. Over 8 weeks so far.. I have lost 37 pounds and added some good muscle size too. Works great.. "
