" ... Well I am no UFC champ, just an average Joe (or adam lol). Anyways, this is a real high tech "supplement". I've been using it for 2 months now and have found it to be very beneficial. I noticed results / effects of the strap after about 10 days or so.. and since then. I was tired of supplements since there is a new "wonder" one every week it seems. So I tried a different approach and I am glad I did. I recommend the strap. "
